Terms for using the Hotel Lobby AI video generator and monthly plans
These terms govern your use of Hotel Lobby AI, operated from the United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Email support@hotellobbyai.lol if you have questions.
Hotel Lobby AI uses two photos you provide and a licensed reference video to generate an approximately six-second AI video in a 16:9 landscape frame. AI output can vary, may contain mistakes, and may not exactly match the people, pets, or motion you expect. Review any output before publishing or using it in a campaign.
You retain your rights in photos you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload them and to generate and use a video featuring every identifiable person shown. Do not upload someone else's photo without their permission, use the service to impersonate someone deceptively, or create unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
You give us and our service providers permission to process your uploads solely to provide, secure, and support the service you request. You are responsible for your use and publication of generated videos, including any additional clearances your use may require.
The Creator plan is $19 per month for up to 5 completed or in-progress generation requests per billing period. The Studio plan is $39 per month for up to 12. There is no free generation. An accepted request uses one allowance slot; a request that fails is returned to your allowance. Unused allowance does not roll over. Stripe handles recurring checkout and billing. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown there and applicable law. Any taxes, refund rights, or additional billing conditions will be shown at checkout or required by law.
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account information. We may limit access to protect the service or respond to misuse. We may update, interrupt, or discontinue features, and will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to paying subscribers.
The Hotel Lobby AI site, code, and branding belong to their respective owners. We do not promise that generated output is unique or free from third-party claims. The service is provided with the guarantees required by applicable law; beyond those guarantees, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result.
We may update these terms and will post the current version here. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
