How Hotel Lobby AI handles account details, uploaded photos, and generated videos
Hotel Lobby AI is operated from the United States. We create short AI videos from photos you upload. This policy explains what happens to the information involved. For privacy questions or requests, email support@hotellobbyai.lol.
We use this information to sign you in, check your subscription and monthly video allowance, create and deliver videos, handle support, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Uploaded photos and the video reference are sent to our AI generation provider for the generation you request.
We use Neon for the account and generation database, Cloudflare for hosting and private video storage, Higgsfield for current AI video processing, Stripe for subscription billing, and Resend for account email. Earlier videos may have been processed by fal.ai. These providers process information needed for their respective services. Their handling of data is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Generated videos are stored in a private bucket and are delivered through an account-checked download endpoint. Generation records and provider file URLs are stored with your account. We keep information while it is needed for the service, account access, security, billing, or legal obligations. We currently do not offer a self-service control to delete an individual generation; contact us to request deletion of your content or account. Some data may remain temporarily in backups or with service providers under their retention rules.
You can update account details in your settings and manage your subscription in the billing portal. You can also email support@hotellobbyai.lol to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. We will handle requests under applicable law.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
